1. Who we are

Service My Car ("we", "us") provides car servicing, repair, detailing, insurance and vehicle-paperwork help, with free pickup and delivery in our service area. Our address is Gongabu, Aatmagyan, Kathmandu, Nepal.

These terms apply to this website, to bookings made by phone, WhatsApp or any future mobile app, and to the offers described below.

2. Bookings, inspection and prices

• You can book by phone or WhatsApp. A service advisor will confirm your pickup time. Booking through our mobile app will be added later.
• Please give us correct details about you, your car and where to collect it.
• Our free 360° health check comes first. We tell you what we found and quote the work. We only start once you approve the quote.
• Prices on this website are "starting from" guides for typical cars. The final price depends on your car and the work needed and is confirmed after inspection. VAT and government or third-party charges are extra unless stated.
• If parts are not immediately available, your car stays safe with us. If it is safe to drive and you need it urgently, we can return it and collect it again when the parts arrive.

3. Pickup, delivery and your vehicle

• Pickup and delivery is free in Kathmandu, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur. Other areas can be served by a recovery truck for a fee we quote in advance.
• Please remove valuables and personal items. Tell us about any existing damage or warning lights when we collect the car.
• We take reasonable care of your vehicle while it is with us and may drive it for testing and for moving between our workshop and partner garages.
• Some work, such as paint, engine or gearbox work, may be done by our approved partner garages under our supervision.

4. Payment

Payment is due when the work is completed and the car is delivered, unless your advisor agrees something different in writing. Your advisor will tell you which payment methods are available. Any coupon is applied before the final bill is issued, not afterwards.

5. Warranty

• We give 12 months or 10,000 km, whichever comes first, on genuine parts we supply and fit, as described on our Pricing & Warranty page.
• There is no warranty on aftermarket or used parts, or on parts you supply.
• The warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, neglect, modifications, repairs done by someone else, or normal wear and tear.
• To make a claim, contact us and bring the car to us or let us collect it. We will inspect it and repair or replace the faulty part if it is covered.

6. Spin & Win

Spin & Win is a promotional game on our website. It is free to play and you do not have to buy anything to spin.

• Who can play: adults aged 18 or over with a valid Nepali mobile number.
• Limits: we may limit how many spins each person, browser or internet connection gets per day, and we may change the limits, pause or end the game at any time. Using bots, automated tools, several identities or any other trick to get extra spins is not allowed.
• How prizes are decided: every spin shows a prize from the wheel. The result is decided by our system by chance, not by how the wheel animation looks. The larger prizes shown on the wheel are given to selected winners when daily or weekly participation targets set by us are reached. We do not publish these targets, and you should not expect to win a larger prize on every spin.
• Claiming: to claim your prize, fill in the claim form with real details within 10 minutes of your spin. If you do not, that prize is forfeited. We may allow one claim per phone number per day, or another limit we set.
• Welcome coupon: every completed claim also gets a 10% welcome coupon for any service.
• Checks: we may check details, call you to confirm, and refuse or cancel a prize that was obtained with false information, duplicate identities or misuse of the game.
• Prizes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and if a prize is unavailable we may replace it with an offer of equal value.

7. Coupons

• Each coupon has a unique code and is valid for 30 days from the day it is issued. The expiry date is shown on your coupon page.
• A code can be used once, and it belongs to the phone number used to claim it. We may ask you to confirm that number.
• A coupon gives the discount shown, up to the maximum amount stated on it, on the service it names. It applies to labour and standard parts.
• Only one coupon can be used for each service visit, and coupons cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so.
• Government fees, taxes, insurance premiums and third-party charges are not discounted.
• A booking is needed, and coupons depend on availability. Expired or already used codes cannot be used.
• We may withdraw a coupon that was obtained through misuse.

8. Using this website

• Use the website lawfully. Do not try to break, overload, scrape or misuse it, or use it to send us false information.
• We work to keep the site correct and available, but it is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable or contain mistakes.
• The Service My Car name, logo, text, design and images belong to us or our licensors. Do not copy them without our written permission.

9. Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits any right or responsibility that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays caused by things outside our control such as parts supply, weather or road closures. Our responsibility for any single job is limited to the price you paid for it.

10. Changes to offers and these terms

We may change our services, prices, offers and these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and changes apply from that date. Coupons already issued keep the terms they were issued with.

11. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and the courts of Kathmandu have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are unhappy with anything, please tell us first using the contact details below, and we will do our best to put it right.
