1. Who we are

Service My Car ("we", "us") is responsible for your information. Our address is Gongabu, Aatmagyan, Kathmandu, Nepal. You can reach us using the contact details at the bottom of this page.

2. What we collect

Information you give us:

• Your name, email address and mobile number.
• Your vehicle brand and model, and the service you want.
• Anything you tell us when you call, message us on WhatsApp, book a service or send a quote request on this website, such as where to collect your car.

Information collected automatically when you visit or use Spin & Win:

• Your IP address, device type (phone, tablet or computer), browser and operating system.
• The site language you chose and the page you came from.
• The time of each spin and its result.
• Your approximate location (country and city) when our network provider makes it available from your IP address. We do not ask for your exact location.

3. How we use it

• To run Spin & Win, give you your prize and issue and check your coupons.
• To contact you about your request, your quote or your booking, and to provide the service.
• To email you a confirmation of your request or your coupons.
• To prevent misuse, such as bots, duplicate claims and people getting more spins than allowed.
• To understand, in a combined way, which services, cars, times and areas are popular so we can improve our service.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.
• To send you offers or reminders, only if you agree. You can say no at any time.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies and similar technology

We use only what the website needs to work. We do not currently use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy and ask where the law requires.

You can block cookies in your browser settings, but Spin & Win and forms may then not work.

5. Who we share it with

• Our approved partner garages, when they need your name, phone and vehicle details to work on your car.
• Insurers, transport offices or other bodies, when you ask us to arrange insurance or Yatayat paperwork.
• Companies that help us run the service, such as website hosting, and text-message or WhatsApp services. They may only use your information to provide that service to us.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.
• A buyer or successor, if our business changes hands. They must respect this policy.

6. How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as we need it for the reasons above. Our usual periods are:

• Spin records and technical details: 12 months.
• Your claim details and coupons: 24 months, so we can honour the warranty and answer questions.
• Records we must keep by law: for as long as the law requires.

After that we delete the information or make it anonymous.

7. Your rights and choices

• Ask what information we hold about you and get a copy.
• Ask us to correct information that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete your information, unless we must keep it for legal reasons or to honour a warranty or coupon.
• Say no to offers and reminders, or take back a consent you gave earlier.

To use any of these rights, contact us below. We may ask you to confirm who you are first.

8. Keeping it safe

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including limited staff access to customer records and protected admin sign-in. No system is completely secure, so please protect your own devices too.

9. Children

Our services and Spin & Win are for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Storage outside Nepal

Some of our service providers, for example hosting, may store information on servers outside Nepal. We ask them to protect it to a standard similar to this policy.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is important, we will make it clear on the website.
