How do I book a service?
Call us or send a WhatsApp message with your car model, location and preferred time. A service advisor confirms the pickup. Booking through our mobile app is coming soon.
How much is the pickup and drop-off service?
Pickup and delivery is free across Kathmandu, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur. Other areas are available with a secure recovery truck at competitive rates.
Who services my car?
Your car is serviced by certified technicians at our licensed workshop or at one of our approved partner garages, following manufacturer procedures.
Pricing & payment
How much does a car service cost?
Major service packages start from Rs 4,999 for regular cars. The final price depends on your model and is confirmed after our free 360° health check.
Will there be hidden charges?
No. Every job is quoted first with photos or video, and nothing is done until you approve it.
Service & warranty
What if the parts are not immediately available?
Your car stays safe in our garage. If it is safe to drive and you need it urgently, we return it while the parts arrive, then collect it again to complete the work.
What warranty do I get?
We give 12 months or 10,000 km (whichever comes first) on genuine parts. Aftermarket and used parts carry no warranty.
What are the benefits of Service My Car?
Free doorstep pickup and delivery, original OEM parts, live video reports, a dedicated advisor and one place for servicing, repairs, insurance and Yatayat renewals.
Can you handle Yatayat and insurance paperwork?
Yes. We manage road tax, bluebook renewal and passing, pollution certificates and insurance renewals, and bring your documents back to you.
